Join reality TV stars Mica and Marcus as they attempt to reduce the amount of energy they use for body care and home pampering. Cutting out hair dryers, tongs and electric razors force the family to get inventive, but the cold shower remains the ultimate challenge. Are they tough enough to rise to it?
